The Goal
To drive relevance for Burger King as a challenger brand in a market led by McD’s and KFC, and shift consumer perception from seeing the brand as old and unrelatable to a young and fun brand that they can relate to.
The Approach
We implemented SOC on Burger King’s Instagram and YouTube, focusing on a consumer-up approach and delivery content that Malaysians actually wanted to watch. This approach has helped us build a growing community of Burger King fans.
